The architecture feels timelessly modernist with references to the Scandinavian style ideal of the sixties. A noticeably large pool area takes over after the longitudinal glass walls of the lower part of the house. A roof terrace further opens up the view of the fjord. The villa's dark, smooth façade underlines the pure design language that is safely closed towards the entrance and wide open to the sea. The atmosphere next to the pool on a hot summer night is hard to beat. The scent of sea is mixed with freshly cut grass. Along the huge pool area, the house's glass sections are open towards the living areas. In the corner there is an outdoor kitchen under a roof, the charcoal coals glow and the pool lighting glitters. On the other side of the fjord, the lights in Hanhals are flashing. The interior is strongly characterized by clean materials, open surfaces and transparency. The entrance level has, among other things, a double garage, storage areas, a cinema lounge and a gym. The living areas on the second floor are in an open floor plan with kitchen and pool area. There are also two large bedrooms. On the third floor, the villa surprises with an outstanding master bedroom suite and its own roof terrace with whirlpool.
